Zeah Schlisner, Vice President of Finance

Zeah has over 10 years of accounting healthcare experience, including a full range of financial reporting, accounting management and budgeting. She currently oversees the billing and accounts payable teams. Zeah earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and her master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Lynne Higgins, RN, Vice President of Account Services

Lynne has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including expertise in self- funding, payer/employer sales, account management, quality improvement, health information exchange, HIPAA and population health clinical solutions.  She has held leadership positions at Great-West Healthcare, CIGNA, United Health Group, Emdeon (Change Healthcare) and MedeAnalytics. She received her nursing degree at the University of Winnipeg and has practiced medicine in both the USA and Canada. Her clinical specialties include kidney/pancreas transplantation, dialysis, ER and ICU. She is married, has three children and enjoys hiking, skiing and watching her son play hockey.

Kathy McGrath, Vice President of Member Operations

Kathy has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry serving in a variety of roles, including marketing, project management, client management, program operations and technical service support. She has held roles of increasing responsibility with McKesson Health Solutions where she built high performing teams, strong client relationships and profitable programs. Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Stefanie Pitts, PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President of People Operations

Stefanie likes for people to remember that HR is what she does, but not who she is. It’s this sense of humor and level-headed approach that Stefanie brings to BridgeHealth in addition to a 15+ year HR career of upward mobility. Stefanie has a fondness for start-up HR departments, supporting start-ups and turnarounds, and the Colorado mountains. She’s held HR business partner roles at small and large organizations, in industries ranging from global high-tech to distribution. Although always the student, Stefanie previously earned her MBA and BSBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University and American University, respectively.

Christine Bailey, Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Christine has over 20 years of experience in marketing, specifically for startup and growth-focused organizations. She specializes in harnessing the power of the written (and spoken) word to help businesses effectively communicate with their stakeholders to scale and grow their businesses. Throughout her career, Christine has developed and led marketing and sales operations efforts for private equity and venture capital-backed organizations to build and nurture multi-million-dollar sales pipelines. More recently, as executive director, she established a city-wide business incubation and entrepreneurial development program in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Christine earned her bachelor of arts degree in English from Truman State University.

Paul Richmond, Senior Vice President of Provider Relations

Paul Richmond has served as senior vice president of provider relations at BridgeHealth since 2019, leading efforts to expand the company’s national panel of Centers of Excellence. He is an expert in provider relations with more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, particularly intraoperative consultative sales, negotiating system level agreements for medical devices and capital equipment, and value-based care initiatives. Paul has served in numerous leadership roles in healthcare, most recently as an Account Executive serving Fortune 500 clients in the surgical management benefit space. His unique blend of experience, responsibilities and relationship-building skills have given him a holistic perspective on the types of mutually beneficial solutions employers and healthcare providers are looking for in value-based care programs. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baylor University.
