Zeah Schlisner, Vice President of Finance

Zeah has over 10 years of accounting healthcare experience, including a full range of financial reporting, accounting management and budgeting. She currently oversees the billing and accounts payable teams. Zeah earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and her master’s degree in business administration from University of Phoenix.

Kathy McGrath, Vice President of Member Operations

Kathy has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry serving in a variety of roles, including marketing, project management, client management, program operations and technical service support. She has held roles of increasing responsibility with McKesson Health Solutions where she built high performing teams, strong client relationships and profitable programs. Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Stefanie Pitts, PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President of People Operations

Stefanie likes for people to remember that HR is what she does, but not who she is. It’s this sense of humor and level-headed approach that Stefanie brings to BridgeHealth in addition to a 15+ year HR career of upward mobility. Stefanie has a fondness for start-up HR departments, supporting start-ups and turnarounds, and the Colorado mountains. She’s held HR business partner roles at small and large organizations, in industries ranging from global high-tech to distribution. Although always the student, Stefanie previously earned her MBA and BSBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University and American University, respectively.

Tanya Dillard, C.H.E.S., NCHEC, Vice President of Product Innovation

Tanya Dillard has served as vice president of product innovation at BridgeHealth since October of 2019. She drives the company’s product strategy, creating innovative, value-based care solutions for plan sponsors and their employees and enhancing current products to drive greater value for all of healthcare’s stakeholders. An expert in creating strategic solutions that meet market demand, Tanya leverages more than 20 years working in various aspects of healthcare from delivering clinical public health education services and care coordination plans, to designing population health management solutions for one of the country’s largest health plans, and serving as a market SME for several health improvement companies. Tanya has served in several product strategy and leadership roles throughout her career, most recently as vice president of market solutions at Welltok and director of health strategy at Vitality. Tanya received her Bachelor of Science in health science from the Clemson University School of Public Health.

Paul Richmond, Senior Vice President of Provider Relations

Paul Richmond has served as senior vice president of provider relations at BridgeHealth since 2019, leading efforts to expand the company’s national panel of Centers of Excellence. He is an expert in provider relations with more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, particularly intraoperative consultative sales, negotiating system level agreements for medical devices and capital equipment, and value-based care initiatives. Paul has served in numerous leadership roles in healthcare, most recently as an Account Executive serving Fortune 500 clients in the surgical management benefit space. His unique blend of experience, responsibilities and relationship-building skills have given him a holistic perspective on the types of mutually beneficial solutions employers and healthcare providers are looking for in value-based care programs. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Baylor University.

Christine Bailey, Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Christine Bailey joined BridgeHealth in January of 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, specifically for startup and growth-focused organizations. She specializes in harnessing the power of the written (and spoken) word to help businesses effectively communicate with their stakeholders to scale and grow their businesses. Throughout her career, Christine has developed and led marketing and sales operations efforts for private equity and venture capital-backed organizations to build and nurture multi-million-dollar sales pipelines. More recently, as executive director, she established a city-wide business incubation and entrepreneurial development program in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Truman State University.

Carrie Keener, Vice President of Account Services

Carrie Keener joined BridgeHealth in 2019. As vice president of account services, she now leads the strategic vision and management of the account services team. Her focus is partnering with our clients to drive program utilization and pursue expansion opportunities while ensuring our clients are as happy with BridgeHealth as their members. Carrie brings over 22 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments. Prior to joining BridgeHealth, Carrie led client partnership and account management teams while personally managing executive level-relationships at Carewise Health and Accolade during their growth and expansion. Carrie earned her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and her master’s degree in Human Resource and Labor Relations from The Ohio State University.
